At Waxing Crescent, every product is handcrafted in small batches with care, intention, and attention to quality. Due to the personal-use nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been delivered.

This policy applies to all products, including but not limited to:

  • Herbal teas
  • Skincare and body products
  • Lip balms and salves
  • Oils and cosmetics
  • Jewelry and accessories
  • Mystery boxes and bundled items

Because our products are intended for personal use and may come into direct contact with skin or consumable items, we cannot safely restock or resell returned merchandise.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Allergy & Ingredient Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing all ingredient lists before purchase. Waxing Crescent is not responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or misuse of products.
