📦 Processing & Shipping
Processing Time
All orders are made and packed in small batches. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing before shipment. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Shipping times vary depending on your location and carrier.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Waxing Crescent is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or shipping issues. If your package is lost, please contact the carrier directly.
🌿 Herbal Tea Shipping Restrictions
Due to varying laws and regulations, Waxing Crescent only ships herbal teas to locations where it is legal to do so.
By purchasing herbal tea products, you agree that you are aware of and compliant with your local laws and regulations. If an order cannot be fulfilled due to legal restrictions, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the affected items.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

- Jewelry (for hygiene and safety reasons)
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
